Enrollment

Important date:  current families have through January 24, 2008 to re-enroll their children, or to enroll additional children for the upcoming school year.  At 8:00 a.m., on January 25th, open enrollment begins, and current families are no longer given special status.  If you are considering Isaac Newton for your children, we encourage you to attend the Enrollment Open House the evening of  January 24th to meet our teachers and learn more about the Academy..

The following outlines the steps for enrollment.

 1.  Prospective families can complete an enrollment application, which can be downloaded under “forms.” The following outlines the steps for enrollment.

2.  All families must accept Isaac Newton’s Philosophy of Christian Education and Statement of Faith and pay a $50 one-time, non-refundable application fee for each child.

The parents must also complete and sign an Authorization for Release of School Records form, if applicable.  (This form authorizes your school, home school association, or other specified agency to release information to INCA that is essential to the application review process.)

 3.  After the application materials are received and if class space is available, the next step is for the Administrator to give the prospective student the “Wide Range Achievement Test” (WRAT test), except for Kindergarten students, who are given a “readiness” assessment.  There is no entrance test for preschoolers.

 4.  Upon acceptance, a Parent Contract will be extended to you.  The Contract needs to be completed and signed and returned with the required administrative deposit (as outlined in the “tuition schedule”) within 10 days.

5.  When your Administrative Deposit and Parent Contract are received, your child will be enrolled as a student based on the Application Process and Waiting List Policy.
