New Covenant Bible Church Facility

New Covenant Bible Church is located on seven acres, at 1800 46th Street NE.  It is a block off of Center Point Road and close to I-380.  It is down the street from Noelridge Park and is also accessible from four other streets. It sits on 7 acres.

The facility is over 66,000 square feet and currently has 375 parking spots.  Some of the parking would be re-purposed for additional playground space, a sports field, and for a gym addition, which would still leave ample parking. Isaac Newton's current facility sits on nine acres, however, a good portion of that is on a hill.  The building is over 29,000 square feet and there are approximately 30 parking spaces in front, with limited staff parking in the back.

The older portion of the church was originally an elementary school.  That section has 12 classrooms.  They would be remodeled with updated lighting, wiring for technology, whiteboards, and paint! There are built-in lockers throughout all the hallways.

There are 8-10 classrooms on the main floor in the newer portion of the church, depending on the configuration. There are several good spaces in the old and new sections that could be used for the technology lab.

The sanctuary has graduated seating and can hold over 600.  There is an audio/visual loft, three projector screens, sound system, and a stage extension for larger performances.

The choir/music room has graduated seating for choral practice, plus ample space for music lessons, show choir and other performance needs.

The lower level has two large flexible space rooms that could house a library/resource area, a future science lab, or any of a number of possibilities.  There is also additional office space, and smaller meeting rooms.   There are huge storage rooms in the lower level.

The Activity Center is connected to the kitchen and would serve as the cafeteria as well as a venue for other special events. It has projector screens. It seats 300 at round tables, or 500 in rowed seating. It was originally used as the school gym, however, it is not regulation size, and there are column obstructions in it.

The kitchen is in good basic shape with ample room, however, there are electrical and plumbing needs to bring it to code for a school.

There are two large women’s restrooms and two large men’s restrooms on the first floor of the building. In addition, some of the older classrooms have individual bathrooms.  There are additional large bathrooms for both men and women on the lower level

There is a 3,000 square feet in administrative offices, with many private offices as well as meeting rooms that could also be used for special services (speech pathology, resource, enrichment program, etc.).  There is a large teacher work room.
