If you are interested in learing more about where the Academy is headed, you'll want to check out the strategic plan!  Our current goals and action plans flow out of our six imperatives.  We set goals under each area, develop action points, and update the plan as these goals are accomplished.  The "flow chart' will show you each imperative, around three goals we are working on, and a list of action points.  As action points or goals are completed, we move them to the "recently completed" section.  We view a strategic plan not as a fancy document that sits on a shelf gathering dust, but rather as a living work document that requires prayerful consideration, strategy, flexibility and accountability!
