INtouch Fund

All that boxtop clipping, Hy-Vee receipt saving, Amazon clicking...is taking on a whole new meaning as we introduce the INtouch Fund at Isaac Newton Christian Academy!

The Board has decided to allocate all funds that come in through our various cash mini-fundraisers to help defray education costs when our families encounter unexpected trials. Sudden loss of employment, unforeseen medical bills, a divorce...these types of life-altering circumstances are tough enough without the additional worry of possibly having to withdraw a child from the school. Often a family just needs a little bit of help to get back on track.

Participating in the mini fund-raisers below is free...you probably already use many items that have a BoxTops for Education label on them. Many of you shop at Hy-Vee--just save your receipts, and if everyone that shops on Amazon would simply list the school as your chairty of choice, wow, the 0.5% from purchases that we would receive would really start to add up! Last year, the various funds brought in around $5,000 which has historically been put into our general operating fund. We are hoping that by simply promoting these funds we can double the amount, and it will all go into the INtouch Fund.

Box Tops for Education

Traditional Box Tops clips are being phased out of production, but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store. You can still clip them and send them to school.

Eventually the Box Tops program will become digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Tops label.

If you see this label, use the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt. Box Tops are still worth 10¢ for your school. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to your school’s earnings online.

HyVee Receipts

Hy-Vee: Save your Hy-Vee receipts (grocery store, dry cleaning, pharmacy, gas station and Aisles Online receipts) and bring them into the office. We receive $1 for every $200 in receipts. This really adds up.
